We are a collective of practitioners offering sliding-scale psychotherapy in-person at our clinic in the heart of Leith, Edinburgh and online wherever you might be.
We share a commitment to offering therapy which is:
Each of us brings at least Masters-level psychotherapy training, years of experience in diverse mental health roles, and deep ongoing engagement in developing and expanding our practices. We all work from a trauma-informed and evidence-based lens.
We center effective, anti-oppressive, and difference-affirmative practice, working with the realities of multicultural, neurodiverse, racial, class, gender, queer, trans, differently-abled, and relational (mono/poly etc.) difference.
We offer sliding-scale rates from £45-70 per session. These rates are flexible, re-negotiable and considerate of your financial situation. (Please note that each of us can only offer a certain number of low-rate spots at any given time.)
We offer in-person sessions out of our cozy and confidential clinic located on Giles Street.
Note: Our main room is not lift accessible, but some of our therapists can offer therapy in alternative accessible spaces.
If you would like us to match you with a therapist, feel free to contact us here and share a bit about what you're looking for. If you'd like to book with a particular therapist, you can learn more and schedule a (free) initial call from our profiles below.
I'm an integrative therapist offering an anti-oppressive, non-pathologizing space to explore your felt truths in whatever shape they come up. I bring a deep commitment to the complexity of identity and difference, and care deeply about meeting you in all your particulars and lived experience as we work together towards transformation and growth.
I offer person-centred experiential psychotherapy grounded in trauma-sensitive, neuroaffirming, and anti-oppressive principles. I work in an embodied and relational way, drawing on psychology, trauma training, and a decade of experience of supporting people within the charity and mental health sectors.
I blend psychodynamic and liberation psychology approaches to offer a transformative space to help you move into more free ways of living. I offer a collaborative and anti-oppressive approach which meets you where you are, and centers your empowerment, needs, and desires to help you go beyond merely coping, towards thriving.
